Plutocrats tell us to treat our national budget like a "family budget." Instead of explaining why this doesn't make economic sense, let's take them up on their offer...

Tammy - I love your analogy, however, it is not totally accurate. Do you realize the 15% tax rate is on money people have invested which has already been taxed. Why should someone take their profit which was probably taxed at 35% and re-invest it and then pay 35% on it again?
