Nice write-up on the comeback of Shawn Johnson (2008 Olympian, Olympic Champion on BB, Silver Medals: Team, AA, Floor) on FitSugar.com. After taking time off following the 2008 Olympics, Shawn won Dancing with the Stars and then pretty much destroyed her knee while skiing. That accident is what led her back to gymnastics. I do wish her luck in this comeback, but it's not going to be easy with so much talent in the U.S. right now - although Shawn is a fierce competitor, so I won't count her out yet.

I guess I'm missing something, so I'll just go with my first impression of it: Marilyn is timeless. My Gym Dogs just won! woohoo! Competing at home in Stegeman Coliseum, the Gym Dogs defeated Arkansas 196.825 - 195.875. Kat Ding (pictured) won the AA (in her first time competing it this season) with an impressive 39.550 - a new career high for her. She also won the Vault & Uneven Bars and came in 2nd on beam.
In other news, Florida put up a massive 197.850 competing at home against LSU. Alabama defeated Kentucky with a score in the high 195s. UCLA & Oklahoma are still currently competing (not against each other) and they are both curr...
